Hong Kong Professional ABA Therapists

Jason Wu
Since graduation in Canada, Jason immediately immersed in the field of working with children with autism and has been professionally trained as a therapist in one of the largest ABA providers. He has been working with diverse individuals with autism of different age ranges and settings, such as conducting 1 on 1 at home or center settings, social groups and school shadowing.In the past years of working as a therapist, he has seen children of different ages suffering because they couldn’t come into contact with services. Hence, he started autismilee, and focused on training a new generation of therapists. His current duties include supervising different therapists, providing training and workshops for therapists, parents and teachers, as well as overseas consultations. To promote awareness of autism, Jason periodically provides workshops and shares information about autism in different media platforms.
“What I advocate to do is, to provide different services and trainings for children with autism as early as possible, to share my knowledge and provide support to the families and caregivers, bringing miles to smiles.”

Senior Clinical Supervisor | Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Quincy Lau
Quincy has been working with children with autism since 2008. She was a clinical supervisor for an NGO which served underprivileged families with children with autism. Her expertise lies in supervising cases, designing curriculum, training therapists, and conducting workshops for schools and parents. She is also dedicated to increasing public awareness and parent education through parent blogs.

Hilda Tsang
For the past 10 years, she has been working extensively with children with autism of different age range and in different settings, including one-on-one centre and home-based training, kindergarten and primary school shadowing services. As a trained social worker, she focuses not only on individual needs but also the concerns and dynamics within a family and is competent in bringing them together to maximize the full potential of the child. At autismilee, she focuses on supervision and also overseeing the HK centre.

Iris Wat
Iris has practiced Applied Behavior Analysis for over 15 years in both US and Hong Kong. After completing her master degree in Special Education from the University of Washington in 2010, she began practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Iris’s diverse working experience and her passion for working with children with autism have driven her to provide effective and individualised interventions for every client with whom she works.

Melody Wong
Melody has over 10 years of clinical experience in diagnostic assessment and intervention of various neurodevelopmental and emotional disorders. As a Clinical Psychologist, Melody has been working with government-funded services, NGOs, private clinics and schools. She is an expert in offering practical recommendations for families and schools to best support a child’s development based on the child’s unique context and best practices in the field. Melody currently provides psychological assessment and clinical supervision services at autismilee.

Hayley Ding
Hayley obtained her Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2017 from the University of Kent and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She was born in Malaysia and had experience with SEN individuals for 7 years in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Her expertise lies in designing individualized programs for individuals with learning disabilities, conducting assessments in ABLSS-R and VB-MAPP, and providing fieldwork supervision for those pursuing their credentials from BACB as well as staff training. Her previous work experiences include designing and implementing programs for 1:1 ABA, school shadow support, and group therapy. Prior to joining Autismilee, Hayley had worked in an international school in Hong Kong. She leads a team of staff and specializes in designing programs for individuals transitioning from 1:1 to inclusion settings.

Joyce Phang
Joyce has been working with children with disabilities for over 10 years and has been practicing under her BCBA since 2014. She got her masters in Behavioural and Clinical Psychology in California State University of Northridge. She has experience working with clientele with varying ages from 2 years old up to 24 years old and her expertise is in skills acquisition including language,social, self help skills. She provides weekly support and comprehensive oversights to the progress and development of our clients’ ABA programs.

Ada Fan
Ada has been working with children with ASD for over 10 years and has been professionally trained as a therapist in one of the largest ABA service providers since 2013. Her expertise lies in designing individualised programs, school shadowing and providing parent training workshops. Prior to joining autismilee, she has been conducting 1:1 service to individuals with ASD with age ranges from 2 to 16 in centres and home settings, as well as school-shadowing in different international kindergartens and schools in Hong Kong. She has obtained her master's degree in applied psychology (DLN) in 2020 and is currently pursuing Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA). Ada’s passion has not been limited to helping the individuals with ASD, but also supporting their families to help maximising the full potentials of the child.

Elaine Hong
Elaine obtained her Master of Applied Behavior Analysis in West Connecticut State University and is practicing as a BCBA by then. She has been working closely with children with special educational needs and their families for over 6 years. She is experienced in providing both one-on-one and group ABA therapy. She supervises cases and designs curriculum for clients with diverse needs in both Hong Kong and mainland China.

Ames Au
SENIOR CASE MANAGER | BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
Ames is passionate about working with children and experienced in handling children with special needs. She is receiving ongoing training by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With more than 4 years of ABA experiences, she enjoys seeing and being involved in every single improvement a child made. She hopes to enhance the development of children with autism, and help them to integrate into society with their full potential.

Stephanie Chak
SENIOR CASE MANAGER | BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
Stephanie is a passionate and joyful person. She enjoys helping children especially those with diverse learning needs. She enjoys being a treasure hunter, calling out the gold and recognizing the potential in every kid. She has more than four-years experience in working with children with Autism. She has been providing 1:1 intensive training to children aged between 3 and 12 in school, home and center settings. Before joining the team, she has worked as a behavioral therapist in the United States and an ABA teacher at an integrated international school in Hong Kong. Currently, she is pursuing Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

Natalie Szeto

Natalie is a cheerful and child-loving person. She has worked with children of different ages and was specifically trained to provide therapy to children with ASD. Prior to joining autismilee, she worked as a therapist at one of the largest ABA service providers and an ABA teacher for students with special education needs at an international school which implements inclusive education.

Ryan Chan
CASE MANAGER
After his graduation at the University of Washington, Ryan started off his career as an ABA therapist at one of the largest ABA service centers in Hong Kong, and then he moved to teach at an international school which specializes in ABA and inclusive education for children with autism. With more than 4 years of ABA experience, Ryan is passionate about the well being of children with autism because he enjoys seeing the tremendous progress of children who receive quality ABA services.

Shirley Choy
CASE MANAGER | REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
Shirley serves every child with passion and patience. A smile is always seen on her face because she does believe every child deserves an equal opportunity to learn and a happy life to live on. Currently, Shirley has already finished the course of Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT), and she is eager to apply this experience and knowledge to those children in need.

Johnny Fung
CASE MANAGER| BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
After graduating from SFU, Johnny stayed in Canada to work with children with various developmental conditions aging from 6 to 18. He has now worked in different organizations both in Canada and Hong Kong where he received ongoing supervision from BCBA. He also completed a master’s program in diverse learning needs and received the BCBA qualification in 2022. Johnny found working with children very meaningful as he believes they can reach their full potential, and he wants to help guide them there.

Jessica Lau
CASE MANAGER| BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
Jessica has always enjoy working with children and therefore decided to join the field of ABA a year after working at a PR agency firm. Prior to joining autismilee, she has worked with variety of special needs children at an international school that implements inclusive education for about 4 years. Students she had work with goes from 5 years old up to 16 years old, and are mainly individuals who are diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. She has completed a Social Science Master’s degree specialized in autism spectrum disorder in 2020 and had received her BCBA credential in February 2022.
“Seeing children diagnosed with autism grow through training not only is rewarding for the parents and us therapist, but most importantly, it allows us to see the possibility of improving the quality of life for the children.”
